Titchfield Park, Fareham

Tapestry undertook a Landscape & Visual Impact Appraisal of a proposal by Clifton Emery Design for the development of six residential homes on land at Titchfield Park Road, Fareham. The site was adjacent to areas of environmental importance, yet from a landscape and visual perspective had the capacity for a sensitively designed and well integrated development. Outline planning permission was granted in July 2021.
